The desk staff was pleasant.
It was a dump. You should reconsider your association with this establishment.

A dump, will not/never return.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Small but comfortable room.
Parking.

Loved the staff. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and kind. The room was small but clean and comfortable. This is a great place for the price. We'd certainly stay again.

Easy to find parking nearby.
Walls were too thin. I could easily hear the people in the neighboring rooms.

Relatively clean, safe and affordable. Not great but good enough. However, I heard another guest complaining loudly that the toilet in his room had backed up and flooded his room.

Great location on a quiet tree-lined street, near everything.
It's a pretty basic motel.

Near City Hall it's in a quiet tree - lined neighborhood yet just a few blocks to Market or Van Ness, which can quickly take you anywhere. Free first-come parking which is a great value if you brought your car. It's a clean very basic motel with a great little fryer restaurant on site that makes the best buffalo wings I've ever tasted. ...read more

The parking.

It's a good stay for a couple of days but the parking is really bad. If you didn't get back in time you would miss out on the 10 spots to park. Then they had some parking in between a wall and a tree not great to fit your car between. ...read more

Location.
TV did not work and not enough parking spaces for occupants.

Again, or TV was not in working order so we could not watch TV for the duration of our stay. Also, there were not enough parking stalls for each hotel occupant, so in some cases we would of had to use paid parking or use taxi so we didn't lose our parking space at hotel. ...read more

Price.

Safe neighborhood with decent restaurants nearby. 10 minutes walk to Civic Center BART station. Coffee maker, microwave and mini-frig in room were nice. I didn't know about free coffee, juice and muffin breakfast in tiny lobby until I was checking out. I would definitely stay here again because the price was right. ...read more

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was helpful.
Small parking lot.

The room was pretty much what I expected based on other people's reviews. I was a little scared to be traveling to San Francisco by myself, but the hotel seemed like it was in a relatively safe area.
